You can often get to speak to a professional a lot faster than waiting for an appointment with your GP. In many cases your GP and supporting professional work side by side. Physiotherapy

You can also use the GetUBetter App to support your own recovery via your mobile device, at a pace and level that is comfortable to you.
Managing Memory Together
The Information and Education Service support people with memory concerns. As part of Managing Memory Together, they host online information sessions for carers, family and friends supporting someone with dementia to learn more about dementia and learn more about coping strategies.
GetUBetter App
The getUBetter app can be accessed on a Smartphone or Web and guides you through exercises and tips to help you get better from new or recurrent musculoskeletal conditions.

You are also welcome to collect a copy of your vaccination record from reception at the Medical Centre.
You can book a travel consultation appointment at Cleevelands Medical Centre.
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks prior to the date of travel. You can be given vaccines as per the travel consultation with the nurse.
Please note when booking an appointment, please specify the destination and date of travel.
Only one patient per appointment
We ONLY offer free NHS vaccines at the Centre:
- Testanus
- Diptheria
- Polio
- Hepatites A
- Typhoid
- Cholera
- MMR (As per UK Schedule)
Our appointments are limited, as we have to give priority to other clinical appointments.
Private travel clinics and some pharmacies can also offer a range of travel services.
Travel clinics can offer all vaccines including NHS vaccines, but they may charge for them.
